I design experiences with a goal of invisibility at the core of my approach. Good experiential design should be noticeable to users only by paying attention to or actively trying to identify what makes it good and why. Bad design, on the other hand, is impossible to ignore. It stands directly in the path of users, hindering them from (or often completely blocking) them from reaching their goal.
