Framing the Problem

Metaplex Studio needed to serve a fragmented audience:

  • Creators wanted powerful tools with minimal friction.

  • Developers needed access to advanced settings and programmatic control.

  • Collectors expected intuitive UIs and predictable behavior across NFTs.

My design goal was to unify these experiences through a shared visual language, progressive disclosure, and cross-surface consistency.

Design Highlights

Analytics & Reporting for Brands & Creators

  • Enables creators and brands to monitor performance, iterate drop strategy, and measure ROI at scale.

  • Reporting module with selectable timeframes (Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly, Daily) for flexible insight windows.

  • Key metrics surfaced: total sales, revenue, profit, new customers, top selling regions (e.g. top city).

  • Data visualizations: performance breakdown over time; conversion rates (offers → sales → swaps); top‑sellers charts; top‑performing collections/nfts list with volume, floor‑trend, sales count.

  • Enables creators and brands to monitor performance, iterate drop strategy, and measure ROI at scale.

User Wallet & Social Profiles

  • Tier‑based loyalty system (e.g. Level 1 → Level 5) represented as digital cards / passes.

  • Visual indication of locked/unlocked levels — letting users see progression and status.

  • Integration with wallet: loyalty items behave like NFTs, enabling sale, transfer, or redemption.

  • Mobile‑first design with bottom‑nav (Home / Explore / Wallet), tailored for on‑the-go collectible interactions.

Loyalty & Rewards UI

  • Designed to feel safe and native to the Web3 ecosystem — no external tools needed for communication.

  • UI supports conversation lists, message threads with avatars and timestamps — familiar & intuitive UX reminiscent of modern chat apps.

  • A built‑in real‑time chat system for wallets to communicate: enabling community engagement, support, trading conversations, or collaboration.

Impact & Value Delivered

  • Gave brands and creators a single‑pane-of-glass to manage drops, track performance, and respond to market demand — bridging operations and creative workflows.

  • Provided data & analytics transparency — helping creators iterate faster, measure ROI, and make data‑driven decisions.

  • I modeled this layout after the style of my previous case study pages (e.g. for Truffle, Metaplex) — a clear hierarchy: Overview → Product Surfaces (with screenshots) → Impact & Value. That structure keeps the focus on what was built, how it works, and why it matters — rather than just showing pretty designs. This approach aligns with best practices in case‑study writing and layout that prioritize readability, scannability, and proof-based storytelling over pure aesthetics.

  • Brought Web3 user experiences closer to mainstream sensibilities — clean UI, simplicity, discoverability — lowering the onboarding friction for collectors.

  • Enabled rapid scaling: supported large‑scale drops (thousands + NFTs), bulk edits, scheduling, and reusability.
